1. Declaration & Purpose — The Soul Evolution Method™ Private Membership Association (the "Association") is a private membership association of like-minded members who associate voluntarily for personal growth, somatic and energetic education, community support, and the sharing of practices, teachings, and experiences among members. The Association is private and not open to the general public. All activities occur in the private domain among members.
2. Parties — This Agreement is between Self-Liberation Ventures LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Administrator," "we," "us"), and the individual choosing to become a member ("Member," "you").
3. Free-Will Association — Membership is entirely voluntary. By joining, you affirm you are entering of your own free will, that no one has coerced or pressured you, and that you may withdraw at any time by notifying the Administrator at [contact email].
4. Eligibility — You affirm that you: (a) are at least 18 and legally competent to contract; (b) are entering for your own private benefit; and (c) have read and agree to this Agreement.
5. Private Nature & Reservation of Rights — Members acknowledge the Association operates in the private domain. Materials and communications are intended for Members only. The Administrator may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke any membership at its sole discretion.
6. Member Responsibilities & Conduct — Members agree to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality, take full responsibility for their own decisions, health, and conduct, and comply with all laws applicable to them.
7. Self-Responsibility & Assumption of Risk — Somatic, energetic, and experiential practices may bring up strong physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual experiences. You participate at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own health, using your own discernment and consulting qualified professionals as appropriate.
8. No Medical, Psychological, or Professional Advice — Content is educational only. Nothing constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice, and no practitioner–patient or fiduciary relationship is created.
9. Member Responsibility for Lawful Conduct — Each Member is solely responsible for ensuring their own activities comply with all laws applicable to them. Nothing here authorizes, condones, or facilitates any unlawful activity.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy — What's shared within the Association stays within the Association. No recording, republishing, or distributing outside the membership without consent.
11. Intellectual Property — All teachings and materials — including the Soul Evolution Method™ name and methodology — remain the Administrator's property, licensed to Members for personal use only.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability — Provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Administrator is not liable for any damages arising from membership; your sole remedy is to discontinue.
13. Release, Waiver & Hold Harmless — You release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Administrator from claims arising out of your participation, choices, or conduct, except for the Administrator's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Dispute Resolution — Good-faith private resolution first; then non-binding mediation in [County], Oregon; any unresolved dispute is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Oregon.
15. Governing Law — Governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
16. Amendment — The Administrator may update this Agreement; continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability — Unenforceable provisions don't affect the rest.
18. Entire Agreement — This is the entire understanding regarding membership.
19. Acceptance — By checking the acceptance box, entering, or participating, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
