MY STORY

I went to the Southern California mountains to heal after years of living an inauthentic life — overworked, overgiving, and deeply unsatisfied. On the outside, I was achieving, doing “all the right things.” Inside, I felt disconnected and anxious, like no matter how much I gave, it was never enough.

It wasn’t just the setting that changed me — it was the commitment I made to myself. I devoted that season to a healing approach rooted in energy awareness, nervous system tending, and daily practices of listening to my body. I learned to slow down, care for my energy, and clear the fear, shame, and guilt that had shaped my choices and manifested as chronic illness, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment. What I discovered is what I now guide others through: healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering who you really are.

Eventually, I felt the edges of that season. The emotional and energetic healing had carried me far, and I had learned what embodiment truly feels like — reclaiming vitality and living with more presence. And still, I knew there was more. My intuition nudged me toward a life that matched the expansiveness I was cultivating inside — deeper soul connections, community, and opportunities that would call me forward.

The universe got louder: a trip north to Oregon, synchronicities stacking, the phone call that I couldn’t renew my lease, and the same day — a lead on a new home that felt meant for me. So I packed up, grabbed Sushi (my four-legged family), and moved to Ashland, Oregon.

Here, I feel alive. I’m surrounded by people who’ve been walking a conscious path for decades, by elders with grounded wisdom, by creators and healers building something new. It’s not veneer, it’s soul. And living here has reminded me what embodiment feels like: resonance, freedom, and deep connection.

This path — through healing, embodiment, and alignment — is what shaped the work I now hold for others. I guide women who’ve begun their healing journey but still feel like something’s missing. They sense the gap between intellectual awareness and embodiment, between what they know and how they live.

What we do together is about energetic self-mastery: clearing the leaks that drain you, holding boundaries that protect your energy, and cultivating daily practices that keep you resourced and free.

It’s not about symptom relief. It’s about liberation — moving from your head into your body, from survival patterns into authentic expression, from knowing into being. Now I help you step into your own next evolution.
