This 90-minute session is an embodied, mentor-led experience designed to help you identify the core energetic patterns organizing your nervous system, emotional responses, and lived experience.
Much of what we uncover are core energetic patterns shaped by fear, shame, guilt, and long-held survival strategies — conditioning that once protected you, but may now be limiting your embodied self-leadership.
Rather than focusing on surface symptoms or story, we work somatically and energetically to map the pattern itself — how it lives in your body, how it’s been reinforced over time, and where your system has learned to leak energy — so you leave with clarity about what needs to be healed through embodied practice.

For those who want a slower and more immersive experience, you may choose to extend the overnight journey into a 3–4 night private forest stay.
This allows your system to land gently before and after the journey — with space for rest, integration, and time in nature.
